Favourites - Some items listed under favourites require more informative label descriptions and is limited to what can be added.

For example - Enquiry is a GL Enquiry - Should be labelled as "Enquiry GL". "Trial Balance" in GL should be labelled as Trail Balance GL"

A Receivables Enquiry cannot be added to Favourites due to the space taken by the GL "Enquiry".

  Hi All,

  Thanks for your comments and Christine thanks for taking the time to comment.

  We do provide a standard Menu structure and we will review menu naming conventions in 2018 based on your suggestions above. I have linked this Suggestion to a new Feature in the Roadmap.

  However when we provide a new Standard Menu structure it will not automatically impact Customers who have their own Customised Menu structures.

  Jobpac gives customers the ability to design their own menus based on Role and you have the ability to update the names on any of the menu options in the Menu Design program. Please contact your internal System administrator to perform the updates and we would be happy to assist if you have any trouble.

  We have the ability to change these ourselves under the MENU options, but we are reluctant as the user manuals wont be as helpful for new staff or when we ask for/receive for support.

  I would like to see a differentiation between Enquiry for AP and AR,

  Trial balance - debtors to say Age analysis instead of trial balance. Same for creditors as well.

  the real Trial balance should also give an indication of MTD or YTD in the description. This can only be seen once the report is extracted.
