Resend RCTI direct to Subcontractor
At the moment there doesn't seem to be the option to resend the RCTI direct to the subcontractor's RCTI email address on file (only back to the user). Can there be an option on the bounding screen? Even better would be if there were options in JOM to email to subcontractor OR user.
