Remove extra step when accessing PO maintenance or DD entry from CPIN

When accessing 'PO maintenance' or 'Delivery Docket entry' from Cost Pending Invoices, you need to press OK on the standard entry screen that is displayed, which already has the pre-filled information.

Removing this step reduces the number of clicks required.
