Provide 'Add' button in eTimesheet user maintenance

Currently, we need to scroll through 23 pages to reach the end of the list to add a new eTimesheet user. Acknowledge a filter that returns nothing can be added but these are unnecessary keyboard clicks. Please provide an 'Add' button similar to other grids.
