    Hi Natalie,
    Thanks for your suggestion.
    There is already an Extended Text description in the PMW worksheet entry.
    You can use right click on the field to bring up the entry, but we are also
    seeing if we can make the extended text box automatically pop up if you
    type past the end of the line.
