Logical report showing sub contractor contract summary, how much they have been paid against each line item and on which claim this was paid.
When resolving final claims especially on larger projects after 10+ sub contract claims/payments things can be come confusing. Sub contractors don’t always allocate the paid amounts to the correct line items, and we can spend hours trying to recall exactly what was paid, where and when.
The closest that we have to this is the attached report “Subcontract Payment Authority - Subcontractor Claimed”, this is access when approving an invoice, there are 2 main issues with this report
It is quite high level, and doesn’t spit into what items were paid against each claim.
We can only access this when a contractor has an invoice to approve in Jobpac. Once that invoice has been approved we can no longer access this.
