Scheduled End of Month Period End Review

Once a future scheduled end of month roll over is entered there is no current availability to review upcoming schedules for date, time and work ID. This makes it difficult to monitor when the task of rolling forward is either: shared amongst team members; if the schedules have been set and date/time has not been recorded independently elsewhere; or if the scheduled period end roll subsequently requires postponing or re-scheduling for any reason.

Solved with additional information in the Period Rollover Pop Up. We are also currently working on a User based Job Q feature so you will be able to see Jobs in your Q

    Hi Sara,
We are planning an improvement to the Periods pop up and EOM review so that it will be possible to see the last roll date, next scheduled roll date, Roll underway traffic lights, and better control over prevention of accidental double roll.
I will link your suggestion to the planned feature so that you can track movement through the Software development Lifecycle.
Note this feature has not been scheduled yet but it is a planned feature in the queue for prioritization.
    Thanks

ANDREW TUCKER Sr. Product Manager APAC

Not having access to see that EOM has been scheduled also prevents us from seeing if a 2nd roll has been incorrectly set and therefore cancelled before it is too late.
