Retention withheld amount showing on remittance advice

It would be useful to note how much retention was withheld from an invoice payment on the remittance advice so that the recipient knows why it appears to be shortpaid. We are often queried on this by subcontractors.

    Hi Emily,
    It might be worth reaching out to a Jobpac consultant and looking at some
    configuration options that might help with this.
    For example you can configure SOP's and Payment advices to be produced at
    the time of Payment run to be emailed along with the remittance advice.
    RCTI's etc.
