PTA Subcontractor statements

To be able to filter on the listing of PTA subcontractor statement under the "PTA Reconciliation S/C Retention Held In Trust Reconciliation" reporting for sending via email.

Ideally, filters to include:

- Last payrun date

- by subcontractor(s)

- exclude nil balances

- etc

Currently, the distribution file issues all subcontractor statements that can be months old, previously sent, or has a nil balance.

Process is unacceptable when only sending a remittance for retentions for a number of subbies paid from the Trust to the retention account.
