PTRS report from Jobpac includes all invoices that are paid, but also includes invoices that have the payment status Destroyed. - When invoices are raised incorrectly and have been through the approval process, credit notes are created, and the invoice and credit note are paid via cheque to offset each other with the payment status of destroyed. - It would be great if Jobpac could look into this as a report improvement to exclude Destroyed invoices, as they are not 'technically paid', and should not be included in the PTRS reports.

Hi There,
Would you mind please logging this as a case/issue for fixing and we will
attend to it as a bug. Please include a specific example for the team to
look at.
It would also depend on when the Invoice payment was destroyed, but I
assume you have accounted for that already.
thanks for that
cheers
Andrew
