Character Limits on Fields

1. Extended Creditor Names. This causes issues when reporting the TPAR to the ATO. We have around 100 creditors that have entity names between 60-200 characters. We also use the ABN Lookup tool quarterly to verify our ABN's and these wont verify because we cant enter the full entity name into jobpac.

2. Bank Account Names. The character limit on bank account names is only 40 characters. This causes issues with EFTSure verifications as it creates a mis match and in turn showing as an error every time we make a payment to those creditors.

Are these something that can be increased with a parameter or is this something that is in the roadmap to be fixed. Thanks

  On Invoice Numbers definitely! This creates a risk of duplications for many creditors that issue long invoice numbers.
