It is unacceptable for a system claiming to be able to do payroll not to update regulatory amounts like tax and super as part of the package. It leaves room for error on the part of the user in manual entry and on checking the rates, to which they have updated as well as leaving the company open to other system issues should they not apply correctly. Very difficult to go backwards to fix an error on either of these.
To also have to pay for support services to ensure it is completed correctly is also very poor business practice.
Many software's have this automated already. It would Increase confidence and assure clients that we have payroll correct and never miss an update.
Given the increase in sections (seniors) it would be great to have all this automated.
I would like to have a history table so that we can see that what got changed and when.
