Smarter Delegation functionality

When an authority has been delegated, the user delegated the authority still needs to have the access and approval rights of the delegator granted. This is an unnecessary overhead which requires managing/removing once the delegation finishes.

It would be good if the delegator's access could be applied to the delegated user during the delegation period.

    Hi Nick,
    Yes that would be a good option I think. Initially we took the approach
    that you should only be able to delegate to someone of equal or greater
    authority. But I also understand your suggested approach.
    These are perhaps things we can improve and I will consider for Roadmap.
