Allow additional attachments to be issued with Subcontractor Payment Schedules from Jobpac
We should be able to add additional attachments to the Payment Schedule/Authority being sent direct from Jobpac to the Subcontractors.
For compliance with the Payments Act the Jobpac log of the payment schedule and related information being issued should all be together in 1 email
