What's This? Function

A What's This? Function the explain what certain items mean or require.

There are a lot of fields / areas in Jobpac that have no explanation of what they are.

For example a column/field/area may have a letter but you have no idea what it stands for.

Eg. "R" could stand for Review, Reject, Removed

"A" could stand for Assessed, Approved, Authorised, Actual, Accrued

"C" could stand for Costed, Committed, Completed

Some area have Prompts but many don't.

If you know what needs to go in certain fields you may be fine, but if you are a new user it is very confusing.

    That’s a good idea Linzi,
    We have just launched an Information Experience project to look at ways we can bring contextual support into the product and improve accessibility to documentation, knowledge and videos.
    Im not sure if we will be able to implement a field by Field What is this function but a contextual glossary is a great Idea.

    I think for some new JPC users, a function of this will definitely help reduce the time when they are trying to figure out a small issue.

    I also received some of the comments like "I don't know what does this value made-up of".

    If there's a "what's this function" to state the formula of some value would be great.
