Show draft journal in GL Enquiry

It would be helpful to have the option to see any unposted journal as a draft when running a GL enquiry or any reports.

  It also has the advantage that you can see the effect of your journal to check before posting. The default reporting would be withouth the draft jjournal with the ability to check the draft option
