When you enter the program the default is to show all records entered/modified by thee user that's logged in.
This regularly causes confusion for the users because they forget to press the button to show entries by all users and so they enter time again and end up with duplicates (esecially because the programs do no validation of time entries to check for duplicates).
Would be great to get a System Parameter that allowed the screen to default to all entries instead of to the user's entries only.

Unfortunately this one won't make it on the near term Roadmap due to
prioritisation factors, but we can consider for futures, later this
year, but with no guarantees. If the business need is pressing, an
alternative approach, would be to proceed on a customer funded basis, which
allows our consulting team to drive the specification, testing, and
documentation elements of the Software Development Lifecycle, enabling us
to advance the development timeline. This enhancement would not be too
expensive. Probabaly less than 8 hours as a ball park. Should you wish to
proceed with a more accurate quotation you could log a Request for
Development case via the Customer Support Portal.
