This enquiry takes far too long to load the data in our business. If we then want to extract data, the extraction often times out. Is there anyway to speed up the enquiry and sort the time out issues as we are unable to roll programme out to our users?

The New AP Enquiry you are correct may not suit larger companies in its
current form due to the large amounts of data that the Enquiry needs to
filter and collate, it can take a long time to load. We are working on this
but as discussed with customers in our recent Summit for our
larger customers they may be best sticking with the original Enquiry for
the time being which is still fully maintained. In terms of the collate
function specifically it is not designed for large back up dumps of scanned
images, and I would be interested to know the reason for this requirement.
The collate function brings together select groups of invoices and
documents and merges them into a single pdf. Normally customers set a page
limit in theory system parameters to prevent the collation taking too long.
It is mainly designed for side by side viewing for approvals and things
like that. For copies of documents for backup purposes etc this can be
delivered as a service if you need those documents and they will be
delivered as individual PDF's to a secure location of your choice.
We will however watch votes on this suggestion for possible future Roadmap
development or could customise a feature if there is a business need with
customer funding.
