SC agreement setup screen - Have a field for the email address for the Subbies PM Contact email, that can be used to send subbie forms to
At present the email address that goes on the SC forms(Variation forms and Payment Schedule Summary & Details) etc, is the email address found in the creditor file. The reality is that each Subcontract has a project manager and a specific email that all this correspondence needs to go to. It would be good if each Subcontract could have an email field for all correspondence to be directed to and that all the Subcontract forms could point to this email so that Jobpac is a one stop shop, rather than having to go somewhere else to find the correct email to send the forms to. Currently you can add the contact name, but you can't add the email address and point the stationery (Variation Acceptance Stationery, Payment Claims Summary / Details etc) to the correct email address.

We can leave it in the suggestion box and watch the votes and we “may” build into future Roadmap because it is a good idea. But If you need it now then funded development is the way to achieve the result sooner.
