Mandatory formatting on employee phone number field
STP rejects certain characters or formats of employee phone number field. For example, if we copy +61412345678 from our HR program it will result in a Jobpac error (as I understand). Can the Jobpac field have the same mandatory format requirements as STP? That way we can correct the data at the point of entry rather than after we get an STP error and have to resubmit.
I'm not sure of where to find the STP submission file specifications but assume Jobpac is all over it!?
