Ability to email Retention Statements directly from Jobpac
At the moment we need to produce the statement pdf, split into individual subcontractor pdfs and then email each one at a time.

There may be some setup required if you are not using those features
already. I think at this stage log a request for help with our support
team. We might be able to get someone like Pip, one of our NZ consultants,
to assist you with the best way forward.

Hi there,
1. Depending on the format you require you might be able to use the Subbie
Statements from the PTA Rec Report Bounding screen. If this relates to Jobs
under Project Trust Accounting requirements this will work. ie Retention
Balance statements can be emailed directly to the subbies using this
method. You can seek assistance with this setup via support.
2. For Projects not subject to PTA reporting requirements, and other
formats of the Subbie statements, we would need to build a JOM form and
these could be direct emailed.
Let me know if part 1 above will satisfy your needs or if part 2 is more
aligned to your needs we can add to our roadmap thinking or do a customer
funded mod to create the new feature.
