Include Copies of Invoices in the eInvoice Batch Authorisation Report
All Mangement / CM's / PM's (all Users) sent a Batch to perform approvals will benefit from receiving an email containing a PDF of the collated invoices included in the batch report. This will save them time having to go to their browser, open Jobpac, navigate to My Approvals and run the 'View & Collate Batch Details' report themselves - which again takes time to load. This will also allow them to view the PDF file on their mobile device, rather than having to wait until they are in front of their PC. What will be even better again is if a hyperlink is included in either the body of the email or within the report to take them directly to the 'my approvals' /or batch to perform their approvals.
To be clear I am referring to the email notification / report a User receives when they are sent a batch of invoices to approve.
