When downloading "Scanned invoices" from the Accounts payable enquiry, the downloaded pdf files have a naming convention as example "__bmd_bmdapps_Kofax_Invoices_001_202405_BMDK000000000061808".
This naming convention does not include the actual invoice number or creditor information of the downloaded invoice.
The user has to open the actual pdf to view the invoice number and creditor in question.
If the naming can be changed to include the creditor name and invoice number, this will reduce some admin effort while sorting or filing invoices.

Hi there,
Unfortunately this naming convention is out of Jobpac's control and in the
hands of your OCR provider Kofax. You may want to raise this with your
internal business systems folk.
Cheers
