Approval workflow to validate against authorised users

Clicking on Select Workflow currently shows ALL workflows irrespective of whether they are valid ie. the users in the workflow have the required authorisation to approve - not only that, but if an invalid workflow is selected there is no prompt to advise the user rather an invalid workflow is initiated which then requires rejection to re-submit it.
