Fix Diminishing Value depreciation on current year assets in Forecast Depreciation report in Asset Module

When adding new assets to the asset module in Jobpac using the Diminishing Value method of depreciation, the Forecast Depreciation report incorrectly calculates depreciation based on the the current period's OWDV from the second period on, rather than using cost. The depreciation calculates correctly when rolling the asset module, however, there is no opportunity to confirm figures prior to rolling the module.

    Hi Mark,
    To confirm, this problem is with the Forecast Depreciation report, not the
    actual calculations.
    If that is the case, would you mind logging a case for fix in the Jobpac
    Support Portal and we will ask our engineers to have a look.
