Once the CMS record is deleted only the user appears as an approver.
It makes is difficult for the business to know who the approver is once the CMS record is deleted, as only the user profile is displayed. Our process is to delete the CMS record when a user is terminated to free up licenses. We do have a high turnover of staff. Can this be improved as we would like to see the full username not just the user profile please?
