Ability to renumber either a subcontract or head contract progress claim

current it is not possible to renumber progress claims, this would be useful when fixing issues, or where a client/supplier wants more than one tax invoice and progress claim ie two debtors.

  Hi Rebecca,
  An uplift of our Head Contract Claiming process is currently in Roadmap. If
  all goes according to plan this should include the ability to renumber HC
  claims as well as creating a more intuitive, more efficient, more flexible
  workflow. We just need to get through a few Big ticket items first and then
  we will launch into this one. On the subcontract side we have no plans for
  renumbering at this stage.
