Reminder when creating new PO's to check PO Qualification if project is Qualified for PTA

CA's are forgetting to check whether the PTA qualification box has been ticked on Purchase Orders where the Job qualifies for Project Trust Reporting. Would be great for a pop-up reminder.

    I like it and thanks for the suggestion.
    Hopefully, we can get through our certification this Quarter then we can
    circle back and look at some of these nice features.
