Option to Add User CMS by WID

It would be nice to be able to create Menu Options for a particular user for different WID's. For instance a user will have BFM and Project access in WID, but you want them just to do PO enquiry in another WID. or you want a user who does accounting and payroll in one WID, but just payroll in another WID. This becomes very difficult to manage.
