Currently, the 'Summary Subcontract Payment Schedule' and 'Subcontract Payment Schedule Details' reports display only the total retention held to date, rather than the specific retention amount associated with each individual claim. It would be beneficial for subcontractors if the 'Subcontract Payment Schedule Details' report, at a minimum, could show the retention amount held per claim - similar to how it displays original subcontract sum and approved variation items authorised per claim. This change would enhance transparency and allow subcontractors to more effectively track their retention on a month-to-month basis.

Hi There,
I believe this is possible already by a parameter setting, or through the
implementation of an alternate form.
Would you mind logging a Support request and mentioning my name ("Andrew
Tucker requested I log this as a case for configuration assistance")
Some other tips...
- Did you know it is also possible to combine the Summary and Detail
form into ONE form, if you are not doing that already.
- And also if you find the Forms are automatically popping up when
exiting the SC Claim process, there is a configuration option to switch
that off if you find it annoying, so that you can just print on demand.
- Thirdly, there are now options available to automatically attach the
SC Claim form to the Related Content for the claim, when completing the
claim process.
- And lastly, you can email those forms directly to the subbie if not
configured to do that already. And this email can be audited.
cheers
Andrew
