Parameter to prevent employees entering into a negative leave balance

I don't believe there's a parameter to prevent employees from accruing a negative leave balance. While Jobpac displays a warning in the project module > timesheet entry screen when negative leave is entered, employees can override it and continue finalising submission.

I understand why the current settings may be useful for timesheet submissions in advance, catering for future leave accrual balances increasing; however is there a way to disable this completely or enforce stricter controls?

    I have already discussed this with Edge Global, and they have confirmed that there is no parameter to address this issue.
