Move Invoice to another Job ID when user doesn't have access to that Job

It would be fantastic if an invoice is incorrectly allocated to a job for one user to simply move to another job that they may not have access to rather than having to go to a system admin to do.

    Hi Megan,
    I'm happy to tell you we delivered that feature in the 2024-R4 Release of
    Jobpac. You will need to activate the feature with a System Parameter or
    ask your system administrator to do so. Check the 2024-R4 Release notes for
    the detail or contact support for assistance.
