Multiple Batches after testing with AP Team

Issue 1 - Multiple Invoice Selection: Currently, when selecting invoices using "Select for Prompt", the batch selection window appears immediately after each individual selection. This requires multiple repetitive steps to add several invoices to a batch. Is there a way to select multiple invoices before triggering the batch window?

Issue 2 - Batch Invoice Count Display: When adding multiple invoices to a batch, the "Nbr of Invs" column only shows "1" initially, requiring multiple additions of the same invoices. For example, if I select 4 invoices, I need to add them four separate times to get all of them into the batch. Is this working as intended, or is there a more efficient way to add multiple invoices at once?

Current Process:

  1. Select an invoice using "Select for Prompt"

  2. Batch window appears

  3. Add to batch

  4. Need to repeat these steps multiple times for the same group of invoices

Desired Functionality:

  1. Ability to select multiple invoices before batch assignment

  2. Accurate display of total invoices in the batch

  3. Single-step addition of multiple invoices to a batch

Could you please advise if:

  1. There are existing features or shortcuts to achieve this more efficiently?

  2. This could be considered for future enhancement if not currently available?
