We have been advised by PayApps that they are unable to push $0.00 payments into Jobpac due to Jobpac constraints. We recently had a PayApps claim where we were adjusting an over payment of retention which produced a $0.00 claim for contract and variation works, which was unable to be pushed into Jobpac so the records aligned. Jobpac should allow these claims to be pushed through.

We really need that functionality to be able to push SOP Docs to Jobpac from EarlyTrade.
Hi Jason,
It's probably not quite accurate for Payapps to say this is a Jobpac
Constraint.
It is possible in Standard Jobpac to do this.
I would describe it as a limitation of the Payapps integration "to" us.
It would be possible for Payapps to push through zero claims of this
nature, but it would require Payapps to work with us and fund development
of the required API endpoint in our product and they would need to develop
their product to use the new endpoint including testing of the workflow. ie
they would own the project and its successful delivery if they wanted to
proceed.
We need to remember that Payapps have integrated their product "to" Jobpac
and we just provide and maintain the endpoints that allow them to do this.
We also work with other 3rd Party SC Portals such as Earlytrade who use the
same API endpoints.
Other limitations of the Payapps integration to us include SOR
subcontracts, and the inability to push the SOP docs to Jobpac.
We would be happy to work with Payapps on this project should they desire
to deliver the capability in their product.
cheers
Andrew
