Our process of approving payments in the bank is to review the Print Payment Preview Collated Batch document (summary with individual documents following). If this is somehow not saved then by the time the payment is prepared, we haven't found any way to regenerate the summary and batch of invoice copies.
I know the new AP Enquiry lets you download by a bunch of different filters, but obviously not Payment Batch Number as there could be many payments relating to a single invoice (one-to-many).
We're also using Prompt Payment Batches and I'm not sure if that data (the batch information) is saved anywhere after it becomes a "paid" batch but that would be an even better way to be able to collate invoices from historical payment batches.
This is also relevant for audit when they sample a payment in a bank account as it can relate to multiple creditors and multiple invoices. If we could just pull the whole batch of invoices out it would save so much effort.
