When receiving an email from jobpac to say a PO has been issued to you for approval it would great if the email had a link you could click that would bring you into jobpac to the approvals page without having to log in and navigate to the page

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Hi Ian,
Thanks for your suggestion. It is a good one. We have been thinking of late of ways to provide an approval option within an email however we are a fair way off providing this facility due to the security concerns that this poses. A link in the email without having to log on as you suggest would provide a window for anyone who intercepts the email for access into your ERP system. We are finding the desire for a feature such as this dropping off with the new "Ball-in-court" Approvals button on the landing page. You can click on this button if you see any approvals waiting and go directly to the relevant approvals page. This suggestion will not proceed on this occasion.
That said we have a program to continually uplift our Advanced approvals and we plan to implement a number of enhancements in 2018 that will give extra efficiency to our clients. Suggestions like this most definitely feed into our Roadmap considerations and discussions so thanks again
Andrew Tucker (product Manager APAC)
