Add PMW formula or the cost to complete, which should be based on the CWIP or Actual Costs rather than the committed costs. The formula should be: Budget Current - CWIP = FCC (example of formula E)

You may need to use a different forecasting formula 'h' for forecast calls
to be based on CWIP.
