Widget on homepage for rejected invoices

It would be fantastic if a widget could be implemented in the homepage to notify the person who originally entered the invoice of any rejected invoices. At the moment its just an email which can be easily missed with the approved invoice notifications so a widget on the Jobpac homepage would make it easier to find and follow up/re-process rejected invoices.
