CC users into support tickets
The support portal could be improved by letting the user submitting the ticket nominate other users that should be CCed in the correspondence. This is helpful both up and down the chain of command: Senior users (such as myself) can see other tickets users are logging, and basic users can be updated on resolutions of issues that affect them.
