Its fantistic that Jobpac is now allowing bank feed on cash accounts but could you please also allow bank feeds on credit cards.

Most of the transactions paid from the credit card are processed as direct debits. The occasional payment is processed as a payment against an accounts payable invoice. Deposits in the credit card are processed as direct debits from the main trading account.
Having the ability to code the direct debits from a bank feed rather than having to manually enter each of them from a bank statement will reduce the chance or error and hopefully reduce processing time.
Hi Andrew,
Credit card transactions would typically be matched to either Direct Debit (misc expenses where no corresponding AP transaction eg. Maccas, coffee & fuel) or EFT (where AP invoice has been processed as paid against the credit card gl account).
Let me know if any queries or if need anything further.
Cheers

Hi All,
We are testing a few things around this at the moment.
It is feasible to bring credit card feeds into an account defined as a Cash
Account in Jobpac.
Once the feed is in your bank rec matching process, can I ask, what type of
transaction are you trying to match to? ie how are you currently coding and
paying your credit cards in Jobpac?
cheers
Andrew
Concur. Credit card processing takes longer than Bank Accounts, would love to be able to claw back some time one this.
Having direct bank feeds to credits cards will save massive time and hassle of working on bulky spreadsheets.
