At present, when a purchase order is printed and issued to a supplier. They receive a generic email from an unknown email address ie postmaster@jobpac.com.au with a pdf that contains no information that would suggest 1. the client that this attachment is from 2. what it is for. 3. What project it is for.

Hi James,
I'll check that out and see what we can do to add more information in the
email body and header.
I terms of the sender email it is possible to configure this email with
your company details instead of the stock standard postmaster@jobpac. To do
this please reach out to our support desk and they can help you get setup
with a more appropriate sender email address.
cheers
Andrew
