I need to generate a Variation Register and keep updating every time a new Variation is entered to be saved into each project folder for my Team's information noting not everyone has access to JP. Currently the downloaded report does not include Costcode [we require this information]. I have to manually edit the downloaded excel report and it can be time consuming.
I am guessing it is a very quick fix - to tick "Cost Code" from the dropdown option.
Please see attached screenshot.
Thank you,
Rosie

Hi, Cost Centres are not stored at Variation Header level and therefore
wont show on that Enquiry or in the download. ie one variation could span
multiple cost centres at item level.
You may be better off using one of the SC Variation Cost reports or
similar, or you could use Jobpac BI to build a report that exactly matches
your needs.
cheers
Andrew
