Fixed Asset Module roll back - if more than one entity

We would like to request functionality to roll back fixed asset modules by individual entity in Jobpac when an error occurs.

Currently, if multiple entities exist within Jobpac, it is not possible to roll back the fixed asset module for a single entity unless it is the only entity that has been rolled forward on that day. This limitation presents a significant challenge, as each entity should ideally be managed independently for month-end processing and error correction.

The issue is further compounded by the fact that Jobpac does not generate depreciation, additions, or disposals until the module has been rolled. This creates a risk when errors are identified post-roll, as we have no ability to reverse or correct the issue unless all entities are affected simultaneously.

Additionally, because our plant timesheets are linked to the asset module, the inability to roll back an individual entity limits our capacity to correct and reconcile transactions accurately.

We request that functionality be added to allow each entity’s fixed asset module to be rolled back independently, ensuring greater flexibility and control over the month-end and asset management processes.
