Multiple Tax items on AR Claims/Invoices
Can we explore a way to include multiple tax treatments (e.g., GST and EX GST) within a single AR Claim/Invoice?
We have a client who is back-charging us for water consumption and wants this clearly itemized on our monthly AR Claim/Invoice. The water charge is EX GST, while the rest of the claim items are GST inclusive. We’d like to explore whether it’s possible to include multiple tax treatments—such as GST and EX GST—within a single AR Claim, ideally through item-level tax configuration. This would ensure accurate tax reporting, improve invoice clarity for both us and the client, and reduce the need for manual adjustments.
