Mark jobs as "completed" but still able to post bank guarantee fees to a specific cost centre.

It would be more efficient to give user an option or parameter which enable users to leave one (1) cost centre open accept more costs while job is marked "completed". Example, bank guarantee charges (a particular CC) for which charges keep coming until the project is financially completed. This will eliminate the heavy admin work of deactivating cost centres.
