Match multiple items in the bank feed to a single cheque payment
Eg. One cheque payment processed in AP but 3 separate payments in bank feed.
The reverse of what you can currently do when matching a single payment in the bank feed to multiple invoices.

You can but because we have so many accounts we'd have to do manual EFT's (no bank file) and there's less room for error with BPAY (recognized biller code). We could set up multiple creditors to be able to use bank files but that leaves room for error when uploading the invoices still.

Just thinking of ways to save you time in the interim, and for my
interest..... is it not possible to pay them by EFT to avoid the BPay limit
and perhaps save some time?

ACT Revenue has a $200k BPAY limit, when processing the payments in the bank we have to process multiple payments for a single invoice.
Payment for utilities processed as a single cheque in Jobpac but the payments are for different accounts so there's multiple payments in the bank feed
