Emailing Payment Schedule Back to Initiator

When a purchase order requisition is approved, Jobpac emails notification of the approval back to the initiator with a copy of the approved purchase order attached.

It would be great if an approved subcontract progress claim assessment followed a similar process and emailed the payment schedule back to the initiator.

    Hi All,

    This feature was shipped in the last release! It is activated by parameter on which I will notify you in a What's New Message to be broadcast shortly to all users. Both Approved PO and Approved SC Schedule of Payments will be emailed as JOM attachments back to the requester if the parameter is on.

    Hi Andrew,

    This is a great idea in my opinion and should also include the emailing of the relevant RCTI at this time.

    Hi Phil,

    Its a great Idea. I have promoted this suggestion and linked to a feature in the next phase of "likely but not yet planned" and it will be considered in 2019 Roadmaps. You will be automatically notified should the status advance if we can accommodate.
