Notes on Cost Comparison & Forecast Report

Notes function to be added in contract valuation or forecasting to display on the Cost Comparison & Forecast Report so readers (usually management) can understand significant changes in movement or Forecast Final Cost. Applicable to each cost centre. Similar to notes on AP Pending Invoice Report.

    Thanks for your suggestion. That is a great Idea, let me investigate a little further and I will definitely review as we build 2019 Roadmaps.
