Forgot Password Option

Users who forget their jobpac password have to go back to the administrator to re-issue password. For a company with significant number of users, administrator is spending a lot of time re-issuing password & enabling user account.

Forgot password option will allow users to self service their password needs & save time for the administrator.

    When is this being actioned?  was 1st posted on Oct 29 2018 and seems like a standard feature that would save a lot of time for admins.

    Hi Shadab,
    This is a good idea and something we have been digging into lately. We are also looking at Single Sign on to all our products and I suspect we will see movement in both Single Sign on and user ability to reset passwords in 2019.
    Stay tuned and thanks for the suggestion.
    Suggestions around user experience are receiving high focus in our roadmap.
