Option to batch update job information

We're looking for a way to batch update (with spreadsheet) job information, particularly, information on the staff tab.  E.g. a project manager that leaves, changes for a number of jobs midway through a project.

To answer Lesley Badelles queries:

-             Instead of an upload would it be better to scan and select from existing Jobpac Users or employee lists.
-             Should other information about the users be brought into the project in terms of email or other information?
-             Can we build in email Invitations and automatic Security authorization to the Project?
-             Do we need to expand the Staff tab to capture different types of staff or different labelling?

- A batch update via excel might be ideal as it would allow us to interrogate another database to produce the CSV, either way would be beneficial though.
-Unsure what this is referring to.
-Unsure what this is referring to.
-That wasn't requested by our users.

A method to batch update as much information in Jobpac as possible using the template system would be very useful.

    Mostly informational, for reporting.

I'm not sure what you mean about surfacing., At the moment maintaining these details is a manual process and cumbersome for hundreds of jobs also, there are historical jobs that should be corrected, but would be too onerous to complete manually.

    Hi Stu,
Thanks for your suggestion. We will consider as we build 2019 Roadmaps and beyond but no guarantees.
I am interested to know if you see this as tying in with job security or purely informational on the projects.
If informational, how and where are you using/surfacing the data in the system.
In addition how many staff are you adding to each project.
    Thanks
    Andrew
